I opened up the settings in Acrobat Reader, and ensured that the required settings were set correctly. The performance of Zoom, Pan and Rotation operations was also extremely slow. Lines were not thin and sharp, but chunky and jagged, clearly no Anti-aliasing was being performed. I recently noticed that when I opened up some of my existing 3D PDF files, which were created in MicroStation V8i, that the display in Acrobat Reader DC was terrible. Hopefully, Bentley Staff will also read this, test the findings for their own satisfaction, and relay the information to their support teams who may be asked about the issue by users. This thread's sole purpose is to serve as a source of information, and to advise my fellow MicroStation users (specifically those who use 3D PDF's) of a major issue, and how to solve it. I will preface this thread by stating that I have not posted this into the Printing and Plotting Forum as the discussion does not relate to the production of 3D PDF's from Bentley products (I don't want to read a single comment about best practices!).
